The author states that getting healthy can be a variety of different factors including balanced meals, controlled alcohol consumption, moving your body and taking care of your physical and mental health. I agree with this because getting healthy doesn't only mean working out and getting into shape. It has to do with your mind and body development and how to constantly be aware of your health overall. In addition this explains that starting a new routine can be difficult for many people. People do not adapt well to changes and quit after the first try. When you begin something that you may be uncomfortable with, you have to set your routine and mindset first. You must work around challenges and develop a positive environment around what you want to change. Slowly make small changes such as reading or instead of completing a full workout, practice mobility and stretch your body after a busy day.

A healthy lifestyle is important for everyone. When we look after our physical health, we feel better too – fitter, more relaxed and better able to cope with things. This is especially important when you have a mental illness.
There are lots of ways of being healthy that feel good as well as doing you good.

In my opinion I agree with everything that this article states. It is super important to follow a mind and body agreement with yourself. Feeling and experiencing a healthy body and mindset is crucial for a happy and positive lifestyle. This means making small changes in your routine to achieve your goals for the future. Holding yourself accountable for mistakes and committing to a regular routine will make you have a productive day which will make you feel better overall. Working out regularly has given me many positive advantages in my everyday life. It helps me feel energized in my busy life as a full time student while working two jobs. Working on my goals helps me destress and focus on my everyday activities and challenges.
