Salmon Power Bowl


This Salmon Power Bowl recipe is packed with healthy and fulfilling ingredients that will energize you throughout your day. This is a great meal to eat before or after your workout!


Salmon Power Bowl

Key ingredients

1. 1 Salmon Filet

2. Salmon seasonings: dill, lemon pepper, oregano, olive oil

3. 1/4 red onion diced

4. 1/2 red bell pepper diced

5. 1/4 jalapeño ( Depending on the ingredients you would like to add and how spicy you enjoy your food)

6. 1 cup of brown rice

7. Handful of arugula

8.1/2 Cup of cilantro

9. 1/2 Cup of green onions

Dressing

1. 2 tbsp olive oil

2. 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

3. 1 Lemon

4. Salt and pepper to your liking

5. Sriracha


Recipe Steps

  1. Drizzle oil on your pan and grill your salmon with your salmon seasonings.

  2. Prepare and cook brown rice

  3. Cut the onions, red bell peppers, jalapeños, arugula, and cilantro

  4. Create dressing with ingredients listed above starting with olive oil.

  5. Place rice, salmon and vegetables on plate with your dressing on top.
