Chipotle Salmon/chicken/steak Tacos

This recipe is for all my taco/spicy lovers. This recipe is easy, simple and healthy with moderation. Remember to fuel your body to achieve the specific goal you have made for yourself. No matter what goal it is, getting your protein in or counting your calories. Everyone will have a different reaction to their food and how it makes you feel through the day. The goal is to feel full, energized while meeting your goals! Hope you guys enjoy!

Chipotle Tacos

Ingredients:

1. 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2. 1-2 tbsp chopped chipotle in adobo

- 3 tbsp honey

3. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

5. kosher salt and black pepper

6. warm tortillas

7. small handful of cheese

8. Cut up tomatoes/onions/corn

9. Handful of shredded cabbage/lettuce/spinach

10. Avocado


Mango Salsa:

  1. 1-2 jalapenos

  2. Handful of Cilantro

  3. 1 mango

  4. 1 lime

  5. Mix together

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven to 450 Degrees

2. On a baking sheet, add your choice of protein in small pieces and cook to however you like them done.

3. Cut up ingredients above and mix all together with the mango salsa.

4. Warm up tortillas and fill your tacos.
