Cardio Killer!

This cardio workout will consist of warm up, treadmill and stretching exercises to complete. This will increase your heart rate so be prepared. Hope you guys enjoy :)


STEP 1. WARM UP

  1. 10 Calf raises

  2. 20 Hops in place

  3. 10 Hip openers

  4. 1 minute walking calf stretch

  5. 20 leg swings (each leg)


STEP 2. TREADMILL 15 MINUTES

  1. (Walk) Speed 3.0 - 3 minutes

  2. (Jog) Speed 5.5-7.0 - 2 minutes

  3. (Sprint) Speed 7.0-10.0 -1 minute

  4. (Light jog) Speed 4.0-5.0 -2 minutes

  5. (Sprint) Speed 7.0-10.0 -1 minute

  6. (Very Light jog) Speed 2.5-4.0 - 1 minute

  7. (Jog) Speed 5.5- 2 minutes

  8. (Sprint) Speed 7.0-10.0 -1 minute

  9. (Very Light jog) Speed 2.5-4.0 - 1 minute

  10. (Walk however long you need until you have cooled down)

STEP 3. STRETCHING

  1. 30 second Frog Stretch (2 rounds each leg)

  2. 30 second Knee to chest (2 rounds each leg)

  3. 30 second baby cobra ( 2 rounds)

  4. 30 second king cobra ( 2 rounds)
