Cardio Killer!

This cardio workout will consist of warm up, treadmill and stretching exercises to complete. This will increase your heart rate so be prepared. Hope you guys enjoy :)
STEP 1. WARM UP
10 Calf raises
20 Hops in place
10 Hip openers
1 minute walking calf stretch
20 leg swings (each leg)
STEP 2. TREADMILL 15 MINUTES
(Walk) Speed 3.0 - 3 minutes
(Jog) Speed 5.5-7.0 - 2 minutes
(Sprint) Speed 7.0-10.0 -1 minute
(Light jog) Speed 4.0-5.0 -2 minutes
(Sprint) Speed 7.0-10.0 -1 minute
(Very Light jog) Speed 2.5-4.0 - 1 minute
(Jog) Speed 5.5- 2 minutes
(Sprint) Speed 7.0-10.0 -1 minute
(Very Light jog) Speed 2.5-4.0 - 1 minute
(Walk however long you need until you have cooled down)
STEP 3. STRETCHING
30 second Frog Stretch (2 rounds each leg)
30 second Knee to chest (2 rounds each leg)
30 second baby cobra ( 2 rounds)
30 second king cobra ( 2 rounds)
